A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at 43 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4QR, on 4 January 2005, at 10.00 am.
