Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Moore Stephens Corporate Recovery, Beaufort House, 94-96 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1PB, on Thursday 9 December 2004, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
