At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 67 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JS, on 7 June 2004, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jeremy Stuart French, of Redhead French, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” T R Catling, Chairman
