Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10 March 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 19 March 2004, I, WINSTON AJANTH AMARNATH NITHIANANDAN, of 226 Tamworth Lane, Mitcham, Surrey CR4 1DF, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 3(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Winston Ajanth Amarnath Rajadurai and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Winston Ajanth Amarnath Nithianandian.
