1 CALL TRAVEL LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors will be held at Park House, 26 North End Road, London NW11 7PT, on 8 April 2004, at 10.15 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a proxy, together with a statement of their debt, at the offices of DTE Leonard Curtis, 50-52 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3QE, not later than 12.00 noon on 7 April 2004. Secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) should also include a statement giving details of their security, the date(s) on which it was given and the value at which it is assessed. The Resolutions to be taken at the Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated, and that the Meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of DTE Leonard Curtis, 50-52 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3QE, on 6 April 2004 and 7 April 2004 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
