Annual Liquidation Meetings

GOODERS GROUNDHOG LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that an Annual and Final Meeting of the Members of Gooders Groundhog Limited will be held at Holbrook Court, Cumberland Business Centre, Northumberland Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO5 1DS, on 4 May 2004, at 11.00 am, to be followed at 11.30 am on the same day by an Annual and Final Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of showing how the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of Gooders Groundhog Limited disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, also determining the manner in which the books, records and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of and approving the release of the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Holbrook Court, Cumberland Business Centre, Northumberland Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire PO5 1DS, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
