Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Shaw & Company, 195 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7AR, on 4 May 2004, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor is entitled to vote at the Meetings and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
