In the Hertford County Court  No 5 of 1998 GOUTHAM RUPAYAN BARUA Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Debtor intends paying a First and Final Dividend to non-preferential Creditors. The Creditors of the Debtor are required, on or before 21 April 2004 (the last date for proving), to submit their proofs of debt to Damon K Ray, of D K Ray & Co, Suite 1, 1 Soho Studios, Town Lane, Wooburn Green HP10 0PF, the Trustee of the Bankruptcy, and if so requested to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved their debt on or before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
