CHARTER GROUP DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above Company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 21 April 2004, to send in their full names and addresses, and to send in full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Peter Godfrey-Evans, of Mercer & Hole, Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in deault thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distibution made before such debts are proved. Note. This notice is purely formal. All known Creditors have been or will be paid in full but if any person considers they have a claim against the Company they should send in their claim forthwith. 26 March 2004.
