In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Newcastle upon Tyne District Registry.  No 8040 of 2004 In the Matter of LYNIX SECURITY LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Merchant House, 89 Southwark Street, London SE1 0HX, presented on 27 February 2004 by Autorentals (Cleveland) Limited, Norflex House, Allington Way, Darlington DL1 4DY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Newcastle upon Tyne District Registry at Law Courts, Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3LA, on 14 May 2004, at 1400 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
