Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1W 7SQ, on Monday 10 May 2004, at 11.00 am, to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 11.30 am, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
