Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meeting will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, on 30 April 2004, at 10.15 am for Members and 10.30 am for Creditors.
