Notice is hereby given that, at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset BH12 4NZ, on 24 March 2004, at 10.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and accordingly that it be wound up voluntarily, and that Nicholas James Peat, of Fortune Peat, Abacus House, Acorn Business Park, Tower Park, Poole, Dorset, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” M King, Director 24 March 2004.
