Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Almondsbury Interchange Hotel, 6 Gloucester Road, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4AA, on 8 April 2004, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 98 et seq of the said Act. A Resolution will also be sought in respect of the Liquidator’s fees and disbursements. Details of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Dennis Hunt, 16 Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales NP20 4PH, on the two business days preceding the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge their proofs of debt (unless they are attending in person) proxies with Dennis Hunt, as above, not later than 12.00 noon on the last business day before the Meeting.
