In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 416 of 2004 In the Matter of WILLIAM & ELAINE RICHARDSON and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up William & Elaine Richardson, a Partnership whose principal place of business is 1 Wood Street, Maryport, Cumbria CA15 6EG, presented on 23 January 2004 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7 April 2004, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 6 April 2004.
