At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company held at the offices of Barber Harrison & Platt, 2 Rutland Park, Sheffield S10 2PD, on 8 March 2004, at 10.00 am, the following subjoined Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution, as Ordinary Resolutions and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Leslie Stuart-Harris, of Barber Harrison & Platt, 2 Rutland Park, Sheffield S10 2PD, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up, that the Liquidator’s remuneration, and fees for tax advice, be fixed by reference to time costs plus VAT, that the Liquidator be authorised to charge and draw Category 2 disbursements in accordance with the amounts scheduled in the document charge out rates and disbursements 2003 and that the Liquidator be authorised to pay all Creditors in full.” A R Turner, Director
