A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Burgis & Bullock, 36 Bond Street, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV11 4DA, presented on 18 February 2004 by Watsons Glass & Mirrors Ltd, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds, on 6 April 2004, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
