Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of Regentcrest plc will be held at the offices of 22 Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, on Friday 30 April 2004, at 2.30 pm, to receive the Liquidators’ report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Cape and Dalgleish, 22 Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, by no later than 12.00 noon on 29 April 2004.
