Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Greenwood House, 4-7 Salisbury Court, London EC4Y 8BT, on 29 March 2004, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her place. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at 45 Whitelands Avenue, Chorleywood, Hertfordshire WD3 5RE, not later than 12.00 noon on the day before the Meeting.
