GLOUCESTERSHIRE INNOVATION CENTRE LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Company’s Creditors will be held at Hazlewoods, Windsor House, Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester GL4 3RT, on 1 April 2004, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Any Creditor wishing to vote at the Meeting, unless they are an individual Creditor voting in person, must lodge their proxy at the offices of Hazlewoods, Windsor House, Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester GL4 3RT, by no later than 12.00 noon on 31 March 2004, together with a statement of the amount claimed. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Hazlewoods, Windsor House, Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester GL4 3RT, between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days preceding the Meeting. Resolutions at the Meeting may include one specifying the basis on which the Liquidator will be remunerated. The Meeting may receive information about, or may be asked to approve the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting.
