A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 74 Shepherds Bush Green, London W12 8QE, presented on 16 March 2004 by its Administrators Allan Watson Graham and Michael Vincent McLoughlin (“the Administrators”), of KPMG, St Nicholas House, Park Row, Nottingham NG1 5FQ, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 5 April 2004, at 1030 hours (Court 35) (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
