In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No 1513 of 2004 In the Matter of ANDREW SIGNWRITERS (A Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of 835 c Hagley Road, West Quinton, Birmingham, West Midlands, presented on 2 March 2004 by HM Customs and Excise of Civil Recovery Unit, 3rd Floor, NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at Companies Court, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 7 April 2004, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 6 April 2004.
