In the Bristol County Court  No 154 of 1995 STEVEN ANDREW SHANNON A Chef, residing at Triangle House, Kingston Seymour, near Clevedon, Avon BS21 6XR, and lately trading with another as Publicans, at The Falcon, The Green, Pulham Market, Diss, Norfolk,and also at The Exchange Tavern, Exchange Street, Norwich. Notice is hereby given, that I, Nigel G Mallett, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above-named Bankrupt, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Bankrupt within a period of 4 months from the last date for proving mentioned below. All Creditors of the Bankrupt are required, on or before 28 April 2004, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending to the undersigned, Nigel G Mallet, at Numerica Business Services Limited, Crown House, 37-41 Prince Street, Bristol BS1 4PS, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Bankrupt, a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the Bankrupt, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Trustee in Bankruptcy to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in the Dividend, the distribution of that Dividend or any other Dividend declared before this debt is proved.
