Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the Company will be held at Unit 1, 56 Pickwick Road, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 9BX, on Friday 30 April 2004, at 10.10 am and 10.15 am respectively. The purpose of the Meetings is to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and to determine whether she should be granted her release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote in his place.
