A Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, together with a summary of receipts and payments, to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 in Chapter VII of this Part and authorise the Liquidator to destroy the books and records of the Company 12 months after his release from office. The Meeting will be held at Marshall Peters, Heskin Hall, Wood Lane, Heskin PR7 5PA, on 19 April 2004, at 11.30 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 16 April 2004, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
