Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2UH, on 28 April 2004, at 12.00 noon, to be followed at 12.30 pm by a General Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and ratifying the Liquidator’s remuneration and disbursements. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
