House of Lords, London SW1A 0PW 13 January 2004 The Q ueen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 13 January 2004, to appoint the Right Honourable Sir Simon Denis Brown, Knight, a Lord Justice of Appeal, to be a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary under the Appellate Jurisdiction Act 1876, as amended by subsequent enactments, and to grant to him the dignity of a Baron for life by the style of Baron Brown of Eaton-under-Heywood, of Eaton-under-Heywood in the county of Shropshire.
