THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 125) 2003

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 18 September 2003 it made these Orders which will: (a) consolidate all amendments to the Hillingdon (On-Street Parking Places) (Residents) Order 2001; (b) introduce School permits and visitors vouchers for use by schools; (c) make changes to some existing bays and add additional bays; (d) add “at any time” waiting restrictions at junctions of roads within the residents zone; (e) add roads listed in Schedule 1 below to, and remove Canterbury Close, Leaf Close, The Glen and Wilford Close from the residents zone; (f) impose restrictions in Oaklands Gate and Woodridge Way as set out in Schedule 2 below. Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 1 October 2003 can be seen at Northwood Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Orders should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made. Schedule 2 Waiting and Loading Prohibited At Any Time Oaklands Gate, the northern arm, the south-east and east side, between a point 10 metres north of the north-eastern kerbline of the north-east to south-west arm of Oaklands Gate and a point 26 metres north of said kerbline. Waiting Prohibited At Any Time Oaklands Gate, the northern arm, the south-east and east side, between a point 26 metres north of the north-eastern kerbline of the north-east to south-west arm of Oaklands Gate and its northern extremity; Woodridge Way, the west, north and south sides of the turning head, located between a point 7 metres south of the common boundary of No 2 Sandy Lodge Way and No 16 Dene Road and a point in line with the southern extremity of Woodridge Way. 24 September 2003.
