LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 20 August 2003, Chemical Investments, Inc transferred to Lexington Capital Partners IV, L.P. all of the interest held by it in PAI Europe III-B3 (“the Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP7045 and that with effect from 20 August 2003 Chemical Investments, Inc. ceased to be a Limited Partner and Lexington Capital Partners IV, L.P. became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
