COMBINED POWER SYSTEMS LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person (including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependents)) of Combined Power Systems Limited having an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Combined Power Systems Limited Pension Scheme or a claim against the Trustees of the Combined Power Systems Limited Pension Scheme is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim to the Trustee’s representative, Pinsents, whose address is 1 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5AB on or before 11 September 2003, after which date the Trustee will apply the assets of the scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice.
