LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1 July 2003, BancBoston Capital Holdings Limited, formerly known as Boston Holdings Limited, transferred to BancBoston Investments Inc. all of the interest held by it in Legal & General Ventures 1994 Unquoted Equity Fund LP (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 4533 and that with effect from 1 July 2003 BancBoston Capital Holdings Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner and BancBoston Investments Inc. became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
