LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 26 June 2003 Abbey National Treasury Services Overseas Holdings Limited transferred to BBV Holdings Für Finanzbeteiligungen GmbH 10% of its interest held by it in Bridgepoint Europe II ‘B’ L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 7584 and that with effect from that date BBV Holdings Für Finanzbeteiligungen GmbH became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
