LIMITED PARTNERSHIP ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 16 May 2003 Salim Saeed Hamed Al Fannah Al Araimi transferred to Thuraya Investments Limited 100% of his interest in Murray Johnstone Private Acquisitions Partnership II ‘C’ (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP5268 and that with effect from 16 May 2003 Thuraya Investments Limited became a Limited Partner in the Partnership and Salim Saeed Hamed Al Fannah Al Araimi ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
