No 2632 of 2003 In the Matter of WINDORA LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of c/o Cooper Murray, Tennyson House, 159-165 Great Portland Road, London W1W 5PA (registered office), presented on 11 April 2003 by Ernst & Young LLP, of Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by the High Court sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 4 June 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 3 June 2003. A copy of the Petition will be supplied by the undersigned on payment of the prescribed charge.
