THIS NOTICE IS ADDRESSED TO FORMER AND CURRENT EMPLOYEES OF NSM PLC OR ANY OF THE ABOVE COMPANIES. THE NSM PLC GROUP PENSION SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”) IS BEING WOUND UP WITH EFFECT FROM 25 SEPTEMBER 1998.

If you were or are an employee of any of the above companies, and a Member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee, please contact the Trustees of the Scheme, care of Andrew Bedingham, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, 1 Whitehall, Whitehall Road, Leeds LS1 4HR. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to and write not later than 30 June 2003. It is the Trustees’ intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to provide benefits for its Members, beneficiaries and pensioners as soon as possible. If the Trustees are not aware of your entitlement under the Scheme before 30 June 2003, they will not be liable to pay benefits to you. If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or you have received a Personal Data form sent to you on 31 March 2003, under the Scheme, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements.
