NOTICE OF INTENDED DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE

Any person having any claim upon the estate of Elisa Giselle Ferraina, late of 73 Prospect Road, Summer Hill, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, Sponsorship Co-ordinator, and of Flat 2, 90 Camberwell Road, London SE5, who died on 11 September 2001, must send particulars of the claim to the Administrators, Mario Ferraina and Giulia Ferraina, c/o Beattie & Co, Solicitors, 9 Staple Inn, London WC1V 7QH, within two calendar months from the publication of this notice. After that time, the assets of the estate may be conveyed and distributed having regard only to the claims of which, at the time of distribution, the Administrators have notice. Letters of Administration were granted in New South Wales on 3 April 2003.
