At an Extraordinary Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company, held at 69-75 Lincoln Road, Peterborough PE1 2SQ, on 28 April 2003, the following Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Alan Keith Thornton of Bulley Davey, 69-75 Lincoln Road, Peterborough PE1 2SQ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” J K Evans, Director
