In the Cardiff County Court.  No 32 of 2003 In the Matter of BARRY TOWN ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Jenner Park, Barry Road, Barry, South Wales, was presented on 23 April 2003 by Maximum International Limited, of Unit 29, Leeway Industrial Estate, Newport NP19 4SL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, and will be heard at Cardiff County Court, at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, 2 Park Street, Cardiff, on 23 June 2003, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or her Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday 20 June 2003.
