LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 26 March 2003, Pantheon Europe Fund III Limited transferred to Pantheon Europe Fund III L.P. 55.08% of the interest held by it in Barclays Private Equity European Fund “B” LP (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP8123 and that with effect from 26 March 2003, Pantheon Europe Fund III L.P., became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
