VALE END, COPLESTON ROAD, DOCKLEY ROAD, ROUEL ROAD, LUCEY ROAD (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003/016

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO MAKE A TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Southwark proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and of all other powers thereunto. 2. The general effect of this order will be to introduce Waiting and Loading Restrictions to the following roads: Vale End, Copleston Road, Dockley Road, Rouel Road, Lucey Road. 3. Copies of the proposed Order, plans and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected on Mondays to Fridays inclusive during normal office hours for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at Southwark Regeneration and Environment Department, Council Offices, Chiltern House, Portland Street, London SE17 2ES. 4. Further information and a copy of proposed Order may be obtained from, Transport Group at the above address (telephone 0207 525 5381) within the 21 days. 5. Any person wishing to raise objections to the proposed Order should do so in writing to reach the undersigned at the above address to arrive no later than 12.00 noon on 30 May 2003.
