THE CAMDEN (DISABLED PERSONS) AND (DEDICATED PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 21) TRAFFIC ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden on 30 April 2003 made the above-mentioned Orders, the details as previously published in The London Gazette on 14 February 2003. The general effect of the (Disabled Persons) Order will be to create new disabled persons’ free parking places in Grafton Road, Grove Terrace, Mazenod Avenue and Stedham Place and to provide that the vehicles which may be left in those parking places shall be those displaying a valid permit issued by any Council. Also to revoke existing bays outside Nos 31 St Leonards Square, 38 Bartholomew Road, 19 Carol Street, 59-88 Harmood Street, 15 Gascony Avenue, 46 Priory Road. The general effect of the (Dedicated Permit) Order will be to convert the existing bays or introduce new bays to exclusively personal dedicated parking places in Hilgrove Road, Cleve Road, Shirlock Road, Redhill Street x2, Belsize Park, Cannon Hill, Wilmot Place and to provide that the vehicle which may be left in that parking place shall be that displaying a valid permit issued by this Council. To revoke an exisitng bay outside 15 Ariel Road. A copy of the proposed Order, which will come into force on 12 May 2003 and of the Camden (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (Special Parking Area) (No 1) Order 1993 and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, may be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Environment Reception, fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement or Instrument made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court P Bishop, Director, Environment Department
