Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, on Monday 9 June 2003, at 10.30 am, to be followed at 10.45 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, hearing any explanation of it that may be given by the Liquidator, and considering the following Resolutions: that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments accounts to 6 May 2003 be adopted, and that the Liquidator be granted his release. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
