Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that M C Bowker, of Jacksons Jolliffe Cork, Lowgate House, Lowgate, Hull HU1 1EL, was appointed Liquidator of the above Company, on 30 April 2003. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator on or before 7 June 2003. If so required, by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitor, Creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. If they default in providing such proof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. M C Bowker, Liquidator 30 April 2003.
