NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT 1965

Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has, pursuant to the above-mentioned section, this day cancelled the registration of St Francis (Eccleshill) Credit Union Limited (Register No 198 C) the registered office of which is at St Francis R.C. Church, Norman Lane, Eccleshill, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD2 2JU, at its request. The Credit Union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Credit Union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
