(formerly Masterpack International Limited) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Ernst & Young, Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, on 13 June 2003, at 2.00 pm, to be followed at 2.30 pm by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Joint Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at Ernst & Young, Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, by not later than 4.00 pm on 12 June 2003.
