Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general nature and effect of the Orders would be to: (a) redefine certain residents parking places in Allcroft Road, Arctic Street, Athlone Street, Bassett Street, Elaine Grove, Gilden Crescent, Grafton Road, Grafton Terrace, Inkerman Road, Lamble Street, Maitland Park Villas, Malden Road, Marsden Street, Oak Village, Queen’s Crescent, Raglan Street, Southampton Road, Spring Place, St Leonard’s Square, Talacre Road, Thurlow Terrace, Weedington Road, Wellesley Road and Wilkin Street; (b) redefine a certain pay and display parking place in Spring Place; (c) redefine a certain market traders parking place in Allcroft Road; (d) redefine the extent of certain waiting restrictions in Angler’s Lane, Arctic Street, Herbert Street, Julia Street, Lamble Street, Maitland Park Villas, Malden Place, Raglan Street, Southampton Road, St Ann’s Gardens, Warden Park and Wellesley Road; and (e) redefine the extent of a certain solo motorcycle parking place in Weedington Road. This will bring the current written definitions in to line with the existing extents of the parking places and waiting and loading restrictions “on-street”. A copy of the proposed Orders and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected/obtained at the Environment Reception Desk, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to object or make representations to any of the proposed Orders, should send a statement in writing, stating the grounds thereof of any objection to the Director of Environment Department, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach this Department by 23 May 2003, within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
