THE CAMDEN (WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO  ) ORDER 200

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. The general nature and effect of the Orders would be to: (a) convert a length of residents parking place into a solo motor cycle parking place in Lady Margaret Road; (b) extend residents parking places in Burghley Road and Oakford Road; (c) introduce residents parking places in Lawford Road; (d) redefine certain residents parking places in Leverton Street; (e) redefine a pay and display parking place in Lady Margaret Road; (f) increase waiting restrictions to apply “at any time” in lengths of Bartholomew Road, Bartholomew Villas, Falkland Road, Fortess Grove, Fortess Road, Highgate Road, Lady Margaret Road, Lawford Road, Leverton Street, Ospringe Road, Patshull Road, Railey Mews and Sandall Road; and (g) introduce a solo motor cycle parking place in Lady Margaret Road. A copy of the proposed Orders and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected/obtained at the Environment Reception Desk, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to object or make representations to any of the proposed Orders, should send a statement in writing, stating the grounds thereof of any objection to the Director of Environment Department, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach this Department by 23 May 2003, within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
