FURNFIX

Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Kenneth Gaunt and Joseph Serafin Ruiz carrying on business as Carpenters and Kitchen Installers under the style or firm name of Furnfix has been dissolved as from 31 March 2003 so far as concerns Joseph Serafin Ruiz who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Susan Jayne Gaunt and Kenneth Gaunt who will carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Furnfix.
