APEX ARCHITECTURAL RENOVATIONS LIMITED

A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company is summoned by the Liquidator, under section 146(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of receiving the report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 172 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Vernon Wright & Co, 40-42 High Street, Maldon, Essex CM9 5PN, on Thursday 5 June 2003, at 11.00 am. A Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at the above address by not later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting date together with a proof of debt should you not already have lodged one.
