No 2463 of 2003 In the Matter of WEST SIDE BUILDERS and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up West Side Builders a Partnership whose principal place of business is 39 Langhill Avenue, Inns Court, Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset BS4 1TN, presented on 4 April 2003 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise whose office is situate at Civil Recovery Unit, HM Customs and Excise, 3NW Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 14 May 2003, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 13 May 2003.
